It is true that meta-synthesis is the synthesis of knowledge in research. Research is important process of fact-finding. Therefore, researchers synthesize the information integrated in research.  Incorporation of inaccurate details in the study reduces the credibility and reliability of the study. Meta- synthesis provides a deep understanding of concepts and assist in emerging techniques to compare and integrate findings in quantitative studies into the real world (Sriharan et al., 2022). Completing a meta- synthesis is a procedural process that help researchers to obtain detailed information in research. The procedure involves: 1. recognizing a topic and it focus 2. Selecting studies that are relevant 3. Reading the studies, analyzing, mapping relationships, and making connections specific to the quantitative data 4. Collection of quotes for illustration and lastly 5. Discussing the results with the ability to also report (Casey et al., 2022). Testing the hypothesis is another significant protocol in the research. Hypothesis forms the backbone of the study, as a result, meta-analysis enables researchers to test a hypothesis.
